This salad is a disaster. I followed the recipe exactly and it still turned out inedible. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my salad turned out terrible. The bok choy was slimy and the dressing was too sour. I would not recommend this recipe.

This salad is very easy to make, but it doesn't have a lot of flavor. I think it would be better with some additional spices or herbs.

I found the bok choy to be a bit too tough. I think it would be better if it was blanched before adding it to the salad.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think it would be great with a tangy dressing.

I'm not a big fan of mint, but I loved this salad. The mint flavor is subtle and refreshing, and it pairs perfectly with the other ingredients.
