Super creamy and delicious! This is a basic recipe that you can add all sorts of things to for a different taste: chopped garlic, green onions, parsley, chives, crumbled bacon, chopped mushrooms, shredded cheese, or sour cream or cream cheese.

I love that this recipe uses evaporated milk instead of regular milk. It gives the mashed potatoes a really rich and creamy flavor.

These mashed potatoes were a total disaster. I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out gluey and inedible.

These mashed potatoes were a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner! They were creamy and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness from the evaporated milk. I will definitely be making them again.
