I'm interested in trying this recipe, but I'm not sure if my family will like the pecan meatballs. Do you think they would be good without the pecans?

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my meatballs turned out dry and tough. The spaghetti sauce was also bland.

I'm not a big fan of meatballs, but these were actually pretty good. The pecan gave them a nice nutty flavor. The spaghetti sauce was also very flavorful.

These meatballs were a bit too dry for my taste, but the spaghetti sauce was excellent. I would probably try a different meatball recipe next time.
