I'm not a big fan of caramel, but I loved this cake. The apples and cornmeal give it a really unique flavor.

This cake is a bit too sweet for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think it would be perfect served with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.

Not a fan of the cornmeal in this recipe. I think it made the cake too dry.

This cake was a hit at my dinner party! It was moist and flavorful, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. The caramel sauce was rich and decadent, and the cornmeal added a nice nutty flavor. I would definitely make this cake again.
