CARAMEL APPLE SALAD
This is a family favorite especially during apple season in Michigan. It truly tastes like a caramel apple. I use this for a side salad with lunch or a bowl of it for potlucks. Another kid pleaser, as well.

Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, mix together by hand, dry pudding, cool whip, and pineapple with juice until well blended. Stir in apples, peanuts and marshmallows until thorougly combined. Refrigerate to store.
- 2. The 30 minute prep time includes the time it takes to chop the apples.
