Number Of Ingredients 4

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tub (16 oz) caramel apple dip
heath toffee bits

  • 1. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread creamed mixture in a dish.
  • 2. Heat the caramel dip for 30 seconds in the microwave and spread over the cream cheese mixture.
  • 3. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Serve with sliced apples of your choice. (if you soak the apples in apple juice or apple cider, they won't get brown as quickly.)

This dip is a great way to use up leftover apples. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat fruit. I'll definitely be making it again.

This dip was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I'll try making it with less sugar next time.
