CARAMEL APPLE CIDER
Drinking a cup of this apple cider is so very reminiscent of enjoying a real caramel apple at the county fair! Except, there's no sticky mess. It's a rich and delicious treat. We rimmed the glass with a little caramel and topped it with whipped cream. This is almost like a dessert and not something you'd have all the time....

- 1. Stir together brown sugar and whipping cream in a large saucepan.
- 2. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat, until it starts to bubble.
- 3. Stir in vanilla.
- 4. Add apple cider. Cook 10 min, stirring often. Garnish if desired.
