I'm not a huge fan of capers, but I really enjoyed this mayonnaise. The capers added a nice subtle flavor that wasn't overpowering.

This caper mayonnaise was a hit at my last seafood dinner party! It was creamy and tangy, with just the right amount of caper flavor. I served it with grilled salmon and asparagus, and it was a perfect complement to both.
