4 cups chopped cantaloupe
1 1/3 cups Asti Spumante (Italian sparkling wine) or water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

I thought this granita was just okay. It wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. I think I would have liked it more if I had used a different type of melon, like watermelon or honeydew.

This granita was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The texture was great and it was very easy to make.

I was really disappointed with this granita. It was too icy and not fluffy at all. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
