1 stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 large (40-ounce) cans large yams or sweet potatoes, drained
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

I've never made a souffle before, but this recipe was easy to follow and the results were amazing! The souffle was light and fluffy, and the yams were perfectly cooked.

I'm not a big fan of yams, but I actually really enjoyed this souffle. It was light and fluffy, and the spices were perfectly balanced.

This souffle was a disaster! It didn't rise at all and it was completely flat. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

The souffle didn't rise as much as I expected, but it was still very tasty. I think I might have overbeaten the egg whites.

This souffle was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I would use less sugar next time.

This souffle was a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner! It was light and fluffy, with a delicious caramelized crust. The yams were perfectly cooked and had a great sweetness to them. I will definitely be making this again!
