This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I added some chopped vegetables to the sauce and it was a delicious and healthy meal.

I'm not a big fan of Dijon mustard, but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the flavors worked together. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauce was creamy and flavorful.

This dish was easy to make and the chicken turned out great. The sauce was a little too thin for my taste, but it was still a delicious meal.
