Campagnard Sauce image

This French goat cheese and garlic sauce is perfect over boiled or baked potatoes or as a dip for vegetables.

2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup goat cheese
1 celery stalk, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a bowl, stir together garlic, goat cheese, celery, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Blend well until the sauce is smooth. Cover, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
