I'm not a huge fan of coconut milk, but I really enjoyed this Calypso rice. The flavors were subtle and the rice was cooked perfectly. I would definitely make this again.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my Calypso rice turned out really dry. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't come out right.

The Calypso rice was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found the texture to be a bit mushy.

I thought the Calypso rice was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.
