Steps:
- 1. Drain all beans and set aside.
- 2. Cut onion and green pepper. Add to beans.
- 3. Heat together the sugar,vinegar,oil,salt,pepper and celery seed until the sugar is melted.
- 4. Pour mixture over the vegetables and marinate 12-36 hours
