Number Of Ingredients 6

2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 lbs small shrimp, shelled

Steps:

  • Beat together eggs and milk. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until smooth. Dip shrimp in batter; remove and place in hot oil. Fry at 375 degrees until crisp.
