This is my fave fish recipe. You can't beat it for quick, easy and healthy (unless you can actually stand the smell and taste of salmon) lol It is the only fish my hubby will eat that isn't deep fried. I think this would work on any mild flavored fish.

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 tilapia fillet/per person (i prefer them individually wrapped and frozen)
1 sprinkling of cajun seasoning on each side
1-2 tsp evoo

Steps:

  • 1. Warm EVOO in skillet
  • 2. Open filet package
  • 3. Sprinkle with cajun seasoning
  • 4. Cook 3 minutes on each side.
  • 5. Serve on a bed of Dreamfields Linguinne Pasta seasoned with spritzes of spray margarine or EVOO and Mrs. Dash's garlic/herb seasoning. Add a veggie or salad and you are done....
