I got this recipe from the back of a box of Reynolds Wrap a few years ago. This stuff is just awesome! My whole family loves it. You can cook it on the grill or in the oven. I adapted the recipe to make enough for my large family.

Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 450 or grill to med-high
- 2. center vegetables on sheet of foil. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Stir to blend. Top with margarine or butter.
- 3. bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet.
- 4. bake 20-25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 12-14 minutes in covered grill
