I like this with a green salad for a quick weeknight meal. It's also lower in fat and calories. 15 minutes marinating time is included in the prep time.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I had some leftover roasted chicken and I used it to make this dish. It turned out great! The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the potatoes were crispy and delicious.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the potatoes were crispy. I would recommend using less Cajun seasoning if you don't like spicy food.

I'm not a huge fan of Cajun food, but this dish was surprisingly good. The chicken was well-seasoned and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. I would definitely make this again.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made this dish with tofu instead of chicken. It turned out great! The tofu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The potatoes were also crispy and delicious. I would definitely recommend this recipe to vegetarians

This Cajun-spiced chicken and potatoes dish was an absolute delight! The chicken was succulent and flavorful, while the potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Cajun spices added just the right amount of heat and smokiness.
