CAJUN SHRIMP (FROM MOOSEWOOD) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 - 1.5 lbs shrimp
1/3 C butter
1/3 C evoo
! med onion, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic
1 TSP ea: thyme, rosemary, black pepper
1/2 TSP cayenne
2 TSP paprike
2 TBS worcestershire
1/2 C white wine
2 TBS fresh lemon juice

Steps:

  • heat oil & butter in skillet and add onions a garlic, saute 4 to 5 mins, add thyme, rosemary, pepper, cayenne and paprika and saute 1 min, add shrimp and liquid ingredients ans saute until done
