Super, yummy, spicy, Cajun potatoes. ^.^ There will be extra spice mix than what is called for in the recipe, you can use it for other recipes or even as a rub on meats.

I was disappointed with these potatoes. They were bland and the Cajun seasoning didn't add much flavor. I won't be making them again.

These potatoes were a little too spicy for me, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less Cajun seasoning next time.

I'm not a fan of Cajun food, but I still enjoyed these potatoes. The seasoning was mild and the potatoes were perfectly roasted.

These potatoes are a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I just form the mashed potatoes into patties and then roast them in the oven. They're a delicious and easy way to make a side dish.

I'm always looking for new ways to spice up my roasted potatoes. I've tried different herbs and spices, and I've even added a little bit of citrus zest. They always turn out great.

These potatoes are the perfect side dish for any meal. I've served them with chicken, fish, and steak. They're also great on their own as a snack.

I've also tried roasting the potatoes with different vegetables. I've added bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms. They all roasted perfectly and tasted great with the potatoes.

I like to add a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder to the Cajun seasoning. It gives the potatoes an extra boost of flavor.

I've made these potatoes with different types of potatoes and they always turn out great. I've used russet potatoes, Yukon Gold potatoes, and even sweet potatoes. They're all delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but these potatoes were surprisingly mild. The Cajun seasoning was just right - it added a nice flavor without being overpowering.
