Cajun Fries With Dipping Sauce image

Spicy and delicious! I usually add more green onions to the dipping sauce. You can doctor it up to your tastes.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lbs white potatoes, cut into wedges
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons cajun seasoning or 1 1/2 tablespoons creole seasoning
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat sour cream
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425ยบ.
  • Place first 4 ingredients in a ziplock bag. Seal and shake to coat potatoes.
  • Place potatoes on a baking sheet covered with cooking spray.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
  • Dressing ~ Combine remaining ingredients and serve with fries.
