This salad is a bit too time-consuming to make for a weeknight meal, but it's perfect for a special occasion.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover rice and vegetables. It's also very healthy and refreshing.

I'm not a fan of Cajun food, but I thought this salad was pretty good. The dressing was a bit too spicy for me, but the salad itself was very refreshing.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

This salad was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use less cayenne pepper.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover rice. I also like to add some cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
