- 1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor; blend until powder consistency. Put mixture into an attractive glass jar with a lid.
- 2. To give as a gift, include a gift card with the following instructions: To make Cafe Au Lait Coffee, mix 1/3 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water for individual servings.
