Caesar Pork Chops image

Bottled salad dressing is the secret to these oven baked chops!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/2 c bottled creamy caesar salad dressing
4 1/2 inch thick bone in pork chops
fresh grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375. Spray 2 quart glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray. In shallow dish, combine flour & Italian seasoning; mix well. Pour salad dressing into another shallow dish. Dip both sides of chops into flour mixture, coating well. Dip in salad dressing, coating well. Place in sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

These pork chops were a little dry, but the Caesar sauce was delicious. I would make this recipe again, but I would cook the pork chops for a shorter amount of time.
