Steps:
- 1. Brown bacon in a large frying pan. Remove bacon & keep enough fat to saute onions.
- 2. Once onions are golden (salt & pepper cabbage)& add to pan. Note saute cabbage just a little don't over cook.
- 3. Then add bacon & canned tomatoes. Simmer cabbage to desired firmness.
