I have tried a lot of peanut brittle but this one is the very best. You will really like it. I have also made walnut brittle, pecan brittle and made Penuche substituteing coconut for the nuts. It is to die for.Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steps:
- 1. Heat and stir sugar, syrup,water and butter til sugars dissolved and butter is melted. Bring to a boil. Add peanuts, boil stirring intermittenly until it reaches hard crack stage. Remove from heat and immeadiately stir in baking soda. Pour onto well greased 2 cookie sheets, Strecth thin by lifting and pulling from edges with forks. Loosen from pans as soon as possible. Break up. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds. I have to make 5 or 6 batches each year to satisfy everyone.
