My husband loves anything butterscotch. This is one recipe that he really loves and requests.

Steps:
- 1. Mix butter, flour, & nuts til crumbly & press into buttered 13"x9" baking dish. Bake around 25 minutes @ 350 degrees. Keep a check on it. & cool.
- 2. Mix cream cheese & 1 cup of powdered sugar. FOLD in 1 cup of the cool whip & pour over crust.
- 3. Mix puddings and milk and spread over cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining cool whip & CHILL.
- 4. You can also use chocolate pudding.
