This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still good. I think I would use less sugar next time.

I'm not a fan of coconut, but I really enjoyed this pie. The butterscotch and pecan flavors were really prominent, and the coconut flavor was subtle. I would definitely make this pie again.

The pie crust was a bit difficult to work with, but the filling was delicious. I would recommend using a store-bought pie crust if you're not experienced in making them.

This pie was easy to make and turned out great! The crust was flaky and the filling was creamy and delicious. I would recommend using a deep dish pie plate, as the filling is quite thick.
