Buttermilk Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Steps:

  • 1. Combine ingredients in a bowl in order listed.
  • 2. Beat well and pour into a 9 inch pie shell.
  • 3. Bake at 375 until a knife inserted in the center comes our clean, about 30 minutes.
