Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a 13x9 pan. Set aside. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Mix egg and buttermilk together.
- 2. Dip chicken in egg and buttermilk mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.
- 3. Place In baking dish turning once to coat with butter. Sprinkle with pecans.
- 4. Bake chicken at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
