BUTTER ROASTED CARROTS image

2C diagonally cut carrots
1T butter, melted
1t olive oil
1/4t salt and pepper (each)
Cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425*. Combine first 5 ingredients on a baking sheet coated with spray. Bake at 425* for 15 minutes.
