Busy Mom Chicken & Rice Casserole image

I think this one came from the first cookbook my mom ever bought me, I've made it ever since I was about ten years old. Easy, cheap, and good tasting. You can substitute onion soup for the celery soup, and use onion salt instead of soup mix if you want and it'll taste just fine (discovered that when I was out of them).

I've made this casserole several times and it's always a hit. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken.

This casserole was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and tough, and the rice was undercooked. The sauce was also bland and lacked flavor. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

I'm not a huge fan of casseroles, but this one was pretty good. The chicken was tender and the rice was cooked well. I would have liked it better if there had been more vegetables in it, but overall it was a solid meal.

This casserole was just okay. The chicken was a little dry and the rice was a bit mushy. I think I would have liked it better if I had used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked the rice separately.

I made this casserole for a potluck and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the rice was fluffy and cheesy. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for an easy

This chicken and rice casserole was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and the ingredients were all things I had on hand. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the rice was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be making this again.
