I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but I really enjoyed these Buckeye Balls. The chocolate coating is the perfect complement to the peanut butter filling.

I was so excited to try this recipe, but the Buckeye Balls didn't turn out well for me. The peanut butter mixture was too dry and the chocolate coating was too thick. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

The Buckeye Balls were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less sugar next time.
