My mom used to make this before little league games. It's an oldie but probably still my favorite home-cooked dish. Its simple, quick, and everyone loves it!

I've made this casserole several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. It's easy to make and the ingredients are affordable. I usually serve it with a side of rice and beans.

This casserole was easy to make and very tasty. I used ground turkey instead of beef and it was still delicious. I also added a can of diced green chiles for a little extra spice. I will definitely be making this again!

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning. I also found the texture to be a bit too mushy. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
