BROWN SUGAR GLAZED PORK CHOPS image

6 boneless pork loin chops 1inch thick
1/2 cup brown sugar firm packed
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • preheat grill on high for 10 min small suace pan over medium heat combine all but cornstarch and water and bring to boil whisk cornstarch and water into mixture stirring constant till bubbling and thickened Reduce grill to medium high heat and brush with glaze till center of chop is 160degrees F (71 C) do not overcook
