Steps:
- In food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, wine, oil, dijon and 1 Tbs of the whole grain mustard. Grind until combined. Transfer to small bowl and add remaining Tbs of the whole grain mustard, stir to combine. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Arrange salmon on sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 2 minutes. Spoon mustard sauce over fillets. Continue broiling until fillets are just cooked through and golden brown, about 5 minutes longer.
