BROCCOLI/TORTELLINI SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 8

20 oz cheese filled frozen tortellini
l/2 cup mayonnaise
l/2 cup white sugar/Splenda
2 tsp cider vinegar
l l/2 cups broccoli florets
l/2 cup sunflower seeds
l medium red onion, finely chopped
l/2 cup raisins

Steps:

  • Cook tortellini for 8-10 miutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. In small bowl mix mayonnaise, sugar/Splenda and cider vinegar to make dressing. In large bowl combine broccoli, tortellini, raisins, seeds and red onion. Pour dressing over and tosse. Chill and serve.
