Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cups broccoli
1 small onion
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water
salt
pepper
3 eggs beaten
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Steam broccoli for 5 minutes Saute onion in butter until soft Add flour to onion and stir Slowly add rest of ingredients and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add eggs and cheese last Pour over broccoli in a greased souffle dish and bake in oven at 350 for 40 minutes until firm in the centre
