Broccoli Ham Roll-Ups image

My mother made these flavorful rolls for me when I came home from the hospital with each of my tow children. They can be frozen before baking and pulled out of the freezer for a quick meal or a handy potluck dish. -Susan Simmons Norwalk, Iowa

I'm not a fan of the creamy sauce, but the roll-ups are still delicious without it.

I'm not a big fan of broccoli, but these roll-ups were surprisingly good! The ham and cheese really balanced out the flavor of the broccoli.
