Broccoli-Cauliflower Floret Salad image

Colorful and crunchy, this crowd-pleasing salad can be made a day in advance. Everyone likes little zip in its creamy dressing. Sometimes I add diced green and red pepper to the mixture or throw in a little celery. -Denise Elder, Hanover, Ontario

Overall, I thought this salad was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I found the broccoli and cauliflower florets to be a bit overcooked. I would roast them for a shorter amount of time next time.

The dressing was a bit too oily for my liking. I would use less oil next time.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I would add some more seasoning next time.

I'm not usually a fan of broccoli, but I loved it in this salad. The roasting process really brings out its natural sweetness.
