Broccoli Brown Rice Pilaf image

This is one of my favorite low-fat dishes-it's delicious! Rosemary, garlic, almonds and sunflower kernels flavor the broccoli and rice. Sometimes I add cooked cubed chicken for a complete meal. -Mari Condit of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota

This pilaf was easy to make and packed with flavor. I used a mix of brown and white rice, and it turned out great. The broccoli was cooked perfectly and added a nice crunch. I will definitely be making this again.

I thought this dish was just okay. The broccoli was a bit too crunchy for my taste, and the brown rice was a little dry. I would probably try a different recipe next time.

This dish was a disappointment. The broccoli was overcooked and mushy, and the brown rice was bland. I would not recommend this recipe.
