Brisket with Cranberry Gravy image

Cranberry sauce adds a pleasant sweetness to this slow-cooked brisket. Use jellied sauce instead of whole berry sauce if you like. -Nina Hall, Spokane, Washington

The brisket was a bit dry, but the gravy helped to moisten it up. The flavor was good, but I think I would add some more spices next time.
