Brie, Fresh Herb, Tomato Omelet for 2 image

This is such an easy way to cook & serve an omelete. I like to start off with fresh fruit salad, then warm beer bread & the omelette. You may wish to have bacon etc but the brie makes for a rich omelete You may also cook the omelete on top of the stove. Pour egg mixture into a skillet, over medium temperature, cover with lid, after 3 minutes scatter the herbs, tomato then place cheese on the almost set omelete, cover again., Slip the omelet onto a serving plate and place under the broiler for a minute or two to finish melting the Brie and setting the omelete.

This omelet was just okay. I think it would have been better if I had used fresh herbs instead of dried.

This omelet was not bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This omelet was okay, but I've had better. The brie cheese was a bit too strong for my taste.

I would not recommend this recipe. The omelet was not flavorful and it was very difficult to make.

This omelet was a waste of time. The brie cheese was too strong and the tomatoes were undercooked.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my omelet didn't turn out as well as I expected. The brie cheese didn't melt properly and the tomatoes were too watery.

This omelet was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more salt and pepper.

I'm not a huge fan of brie cheese, but I really liked this omelet. The flavors of the brie, herbs, and tomatoes went together really well.

This omelet was easy to make and so delicious! I used fresh herbs from my garden and they really made the dish. The brie cheese was melted and gooey, and the tomatoes were juicy and flavorful. I will definitely be making this omelet again.
