BRENT'S FAVORITE BANANA BREAD
My son Brent could live on this if I let him. Sour cream & cinnamon are the "secret" ingredients that make it so good. Note that this makes a lot - 4 loaves. Steps:
- 1. Cream together butter, sugar & eggs until well blended and fluffy.
- 2. Mix sour cream & baking soda in a separate bowl and let stand until foamy then add to butter mixture.
- 3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the above mixtures and mix well.
- 4. Place into 4 greased and floured 9x5-inch bread pans and bake 50-60 minutes at 350 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
