BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

Breakfast Sausage Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 1/4 c seasoned croutons
1 lb sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c milk
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp dry mustard
4 oz can mushrooms
2 c shredded cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Spread croutons in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Set aside.
  • 2. Brown sausage, drain.
  • 3. Sprinkle sausage over croutons.
  • 4. Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients.
  • 5. Mix well, pour over sausage.
  • 6. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 7. Remove from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes.
  • 8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes.
  • 9. Sprinkle cheese and melt.
