Breakfast Pie image

This is a great pie for breakfast, but it's packed with so many goodies it would make a great dinner too. Packed with meat, it's very hearty and flavorful. After baking, the pie crust turns out flaky and golden. Delish!

2 Pillsbury pie crust
1 lb bacon; cooked and crumbled
1/2 can(s) Spam; cubed

6 eggs
1/2 c onion; diced

Then layer some onion mixture on top of bacon, add some cheese, then part of egg mixture, next add the sausage then repeat until all is in the pan. Use the second pie crust to lay on top, brush with milk so it doesn't get too dark.

This breakfast pie was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more spices next time.

The crust was a bit too thick for my taste, but the filling was delicious. I'll try it again with a thinner crust next time.
