Not my favorite breakfast potato recipe. I'll stick to my usual hash browns.

Overall, I thought these potatoes were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

These potatoes were way too greasy. I had to drain them on paper towels before I could eat them.

I followed the recipe exactly and the potatoes came out undercooked. I had to put them back in the pan for another 10 minutes.

These potatoes were a bit bland for my taste. I added some garlic and paprika to give them more flavor.

I'm not usually a fan of fried potatoes, but these were really good! The key is to use good quality potatoes and to cook them until they're nice and crispy.

These breakfast fried potatoes were a hit! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I added some chopped onion and bell pepper for extra flavor. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
