Breakfast Eggs Bake image

This is great for company in our house since most of the time it's just us two. Good variation on a breakfast theme. Happy cooking!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 slice white bread, crust trimmed and cubed
1 lb bacon, fried (or cooked sausage, crumbled)
3/4 lb mild cheddar cheese, cubed
6 large eggs
2 1/2 c milk
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • 1. Alternate bread, cheese and sausage or bacon in 9X13 casserole dish. Whip eggs, milk and soup; pour over layers. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
