1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Thinly Slice Chicken, about 20 slices.
  • Dip in Egg, Parmesan, Then Bread Crumbs.
  • Pan Fry until golden brown.
