Steps:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
- cube raisin bread.
- mix milk, egg whites, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla & apple juce.
- add cubed bread and raisins.
- let sit for 5 minute.
- fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
- bake for 30 minutes.
- let sit in pan for 10 minutes before serving.
